Aparthotel Duquesa Playa

Great location, the family rooms are a really good size with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and they are kept extremely clean with the maid coming in every day. Also, the kitchenette is so useful when travelling with children and means you don’t have to eat out everyday and can store any leftovers in the decent sized fridge. The location is so central, moments from the beach and main promenade, 3 play parks within walking distance and copious restaurants and shops. Parking on the streets can be tricky but there are a few free car parks within 5-10 minute walk.

Great location , very clean and good facilities, close to shops and beach, very friendly and serviceable personnel (thank you Yolanda, Amalia and Rene). Adjacent to hotel is also the restaurant offering simple but good meals. If you are coming by car check in advance with reception for advice where to park. We love the place and for sure we will come back !😊

Location was very good - within walking distance from the port. There was a pool which we did not use, but also a very nice sunbathing area. The staff could not have done more to help us, and were all most delightful to deal with.

On arrival we were met by a lovely member of staff (female, can't remember her name sorry) who was very welcoming. Our room was very clean with everything we needed provided. The roof top pool area was fantastic with plenty of sun beds and a lovely seating area. The location was perfect - we could walk to all of the many restaurants and bars available and it was also a short walk to the beach.

The apartment was in a prime location in the heart of Santa Eulària and was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The reception staff were friendly and well-informed. There was also daily cleaning service, which I hadn’t expected—a pleasant surprise!
