We loved our stay at Duquesa Playa. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Our room was ready straight away and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable, and quiet at night. The kitchen was well enough equipped, although it would be helpful to provide salt, pepper and oil. The pool and rooftop area is lovely, with views of the sea in one direction and the hills in the other. The location is great, central, near to all of the restaurants and bars, very handy for the ferry. There were several good supermarkets on the doorstep.

Basic but lovely apartment in the centre of town. Short stroll to the marina and the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bakeries within a minutes walk - we only discovered their own restaurant serving wonderful coffee on the last morning! Cleaning products were provided in the small but functional kitchen. We had a first floor side room and loved sitting outside for coffee on the balcony. Once we’d navigated the one way system the venue was easy to find by car. There is a free public car park a ten minute walk away, and the taxi rank 10 minutes walk away.

Great location, the family rooms are a really good size with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and they are kept extremely clean with the maid coming in every day. Also, the kitchenette is so useful when travelling with children and means you don’t have to eat out everyday and can store any leftovers in the decent sized fridge. The location is so central, moments from the beach and main promenade, 3 play parks within walking distance and copious restaurants and shops. Parking on the streets can be tricky but there are a few free car parks within 5-10 minute walk.

Hotel is perfectly located a couple of minutes walk to beach, bars and restaurants. Hotel staff were excellent. All very helpful. Rooms are a good size. Rooms are basic but are great value for money. Cleaning service was great. Used car parking which is an underground car park around corner. Parking space outside hotel to drop off and pick up luggage. Only negative was each room has two single beds and whilst ours were pushed together they had single bedding which is a pain when sharing as a married couple. Overall an excellent stay

A very centrally located, clean and spacious aparthotel. We were 2 couples staying in an apartment and there was plenty of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, good kitchen and spacious living area. The balcony also had a decent size and had a sea view. We were particularly impressed by the friendliness of the reception staff - they were really great! :-)

Great location , very clean and good facilities, close to shops and beach, very friendly and serviceable personnel (thank you Yolanda, Amalia and Rene). Adjacent to hotel is also the restaurant offering simple but good meals. If you are coming by car check in advance with reception for advice where to park. We love the place and for sure we will come back !😊

The location was perfect very city centered we had multiple groceries stores near by. The staff were very nice and they cleaned our rooms everyday. We had everything we needed.

Great location if you are wanting to relax on the quieter side of the island. Good size apartment for 4 adults. Nice clean pool on the roof which wasn’t too busy. Lots of space for sun loungers. Really friendly and helpful staff. Our last day had a late flight and the hotel provided showers and a luggage lockup on the ground floor to make us more comfortable.

Location was very good - within walking distance from the port. There was a pool which we did not use, but also a very nice sunbathing area. The staff could not have done more to help us, and were all most delightful to deal with.
